Mashita | 2017 Wine Festival Culinary Pairings

Mashita will be offering their standard menu options (steamed buns and lettuce wraps) in addition to two special menu items that have been created for this event.
You can find our standard menu info on our website. For the specials, we plan to use them as a pairing option for a red and a white wine:
1. Seared crab cakes with field greens salad, blistered corn, nasturtium, and lemon-saffron aioli (white wine pairing)
2. Fork tender beef brisket with blistered shishito peppers, Israeli cous cous, crispy shallots, and a sour cherry compote (red wine pairing)
