Whitney’s Bridal Session

November 9, 2014

Apparently we picked the coldest day in October to shoot this beautiful bridal session! Whitney and I met at the location of her wedding (ON SUNNY SLOPE FARM) two weeks prior to her big day. I love bridal sessions for many reasons but one is because we have time to get great portraits without the busy wedding day. This was completely relaxed, a little chilly and always fun. When I first saw Whitney’s dress I don’t think I had words for it. It is literally the most beautiful dress and is absolutely stunning on her! The fabric of the dress laid perfectly every time and the attention to detail is breathtaking! Enjoy a session with the bride!

Natalie + Isaac | Virginia Engagement Pictures | by Aaron Mallory Photography

We’ve had quite the fall, photographing SO many of our spring and summer couples during their engagements- but there were a few things that made Natalie and Isaac stand out…
a. their session was at sunrise.. and it was beautiful!
b. Natalie’s infectious laugh… it comes at you right through the computer screen.
c. this was our very first ROOFTOP session! Isaac had some connections to a rooftop in the middle of downtown Harrisonburg and the views were incredible!
You’re in for a treat!
Natalie and Isaac were high school sweethearts who went to prom together and never wanted the good times to end. So four years later, here we are, getting ready to celebrate these two easy going, fun, sweet people getting married! We can’t wait to be there when they say I do!
We wandered from their wedding venue (On Sunny Slope Farm) to the downtown rooftops, and ended at Klines Dairy Bar where they told us MANY dates happened
(we can definitely relate to that one- ice cream is one of our love languages too!). These two are one of our favorite couples ALSO because they introduced us to Billy Jack’s
let’s just say BEST chicken and waffles (and doughnuts) ever! Yes, you guys, we did take you up on the recommendation and it was SO worth it! Thank you!
Enjoy a “few” of our favorites from our time with these guys!
