Randy, Pat, and Scott from Stone Rollin’

Randy, Pat, and Scott from Stone Rollin’ will be joining us this year at the August 5, 2018 Wine and Oyster Festival On Sunny Slope Farm in support of the Artisan Center of Virginia.

Come on out and listen to their jazz music as you taste wine from 10 other Shenandoah Valley Virginia Wineries.

Randy Black’s musical journey began at age 7 with piano lessons. He then started playing guitar in high school and joined his first band and began performing. Randy performed with many bands during his college years at Radford University, and began learning how to improvise on stage, something that would forever shape his approach to music. He hasn’t stopped playing since, entertaining as a solo acoustic artist, duo with a variety of accompanying instruments, and in small and large band settings. He has shared the stage with many musicians including Levon Helmfrom The Band, Muddy Waters guitarist Bob Margolin, and Leon Russell – one of the best rock and country pianists of our time. During these years, Randy has developed into a professional performer in a number of different styles/genres.
