Sponsorship Levels for 2018 Wine Festival and Oyster Festival

August 5, 2018 – On Sunny Slope Farm

Last year over 800 people gathered for our first annual Wine and Oyster Festival. Together, we offered our community quality wines, oysters, food, musical entertainment and family-friendly farm activities to its attendees. Our convenient location on both the Dayton corporate limits line and the Harrisonburg City limits line made our location perfect for this type of Sunday afternoon festival. The festival boosted our local economy by bringing about 50% of the attendees from outside of our Harrisonburg area to Rockingham County.

We are inviting you to help sponsor this festival. Being a sponsor can increase any groups reach and impact within our community and beyond by providing greater exposure to those seeing and hearing co-branded festival advertisements. More importantly the attendees of the festival will see and hear about your sponsorship during the festival. Your sponsorship will enable us to promote more widely this local Harrisonburg, Dayton and Rockingham County Wine and Oyster Festival.

Proceeds of the Festival will go to support the Virginia Artisan Center.

Diamond Sponsorship: $3,000

• Receive 12 Tickets to Wine Festival.
• 4 VIP Parking Passes.
• Sponsor will be mentioned on 80 radio spots as a sponsor for the festival.
• Cross posting and tagging on 60 of our social media marketing posts. (if desired and applicable)
• Space for company banner will be available at festival.
• Sponsors logo will be displayed prominently on all promotional material, website, festival banner, festival printed materials and staff/volunteer tee-shirt.
• Sponsors Logo will be etched on festival wine glass
• Sponsor will be recognized 6 times on stage as the Diamond Sponsor during the festival activities.

Emerald Sponsorship: $2,000

• Receive 6 Tickets to Wine Festival.
• 2 VIP Parking Passes.
• Sponsors medium sized logo will be displayed on all promotional material, website, festival banner, festival printed materials and staff/volunteer tee-shirt.
• Sponsors will be mentioned on 30 radio spots as a sponsor for the festival.
• Cross posting and tagging on 30 of our social media marketing posts. (if desired and applicable)
• The sponsor will be recognized 3 times on stage as the Emerald Sponsor during the festival activities.

Platinum Sponsorship: $1000

• Receive 4 Tickets to Wine Festival.
• Sponsors small sized logo will be displayed on all promotional material, website, festival banner, and festival printed materials.
• Sponsors will be listed on staff/volunteer tee-shirt.
• Cross posting and tagging on 15 of our social media marketing posts. (if desired and applicable)
• The sponsors will be recognized 1 time on stage as the Platinum Sponsor during the festival activities.

Gold Sponsorship: $500

• Receive 2 Tickets to Wine Festival.
• Sponsors will be listed on website, festival banner and festival printed materials.
